It took quite some time and not an insignificant amount of heartache to find my way here – to be able to say, I LOVE WHAT I DO. After I left my publishing job in 2017, I ran a project where I interviewed 100 people who loved what they did as a way to inspire me to find what I love. The project led me to coaching. Through coaching, I discovered that I could change my life if I changed my thoughts. I learned, and continue to learn, how to manage my mind and process emotions. When I saw the results in my own life, I knew I wanted to share what I was learning with as many people as possible. Through coaching women in weight loss, I am committed to helping women transform their relationship with themselves, their bodies, and the food they eat, so that they can find the confidence and joy to live the life that they love.



I have lost 40lbs (and counting) working with Rachel. Her insightful questioning has helped me get to the root of my emotional and stress eating, and she has helped fill my "toolbox" with useful tools to quiet my negative self-talk and self-image. I truly feel like a newer, happier, version of myself.
